   Hi, I'm Alysha.

I help women return to themselves gently, honestly, and at their own pace.

What if you didn’t have to keep pretending you’re fine when you’re not?

What if you could stop saying yes when everything in you wants to say no?

That was me for a long time.

From the outside, it looked like I had it together. But inside, I was exhausted. I was always doing, always helping, always trying to be "on."

I said yes to everything. I smiled when I didn’t feel okay. I didn’t know how to rest without feeling guilty. And I thought being a good person meant putting myself last.

Eventually, I couldn’t keep going like that. Not because I was lazy or weak. Because I was tired of pretending I didn’t have needs.

That’s what changed things for me. And now, I help other women who feel the same way.

A Little About Me

Ways to Work With Me:

If you're feeling burned out, in transition, craving self-trust, or just tired of holding it all together you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My work is rooted in nervous system support, emotional honesty, seasonal rhythms, and slow, sustainable growth.
It’s here to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

There are a few different ways we can work together, depending on what you’re needing right now:

  • The Root & Rise Circle

  • Rooted Rise Newsletter

  • The Rooted Space (seasonal live rounds)

  • The Rooted Pause (self-paced)

  • 1:1 Mapping Session

  • 1:1 Mentorship

Root & Rise Circle

A space to exhale, feel less alone and stop pretending you’re fine when you’re not.

This is a gentle, free online community (Facebook) for women who are tired of holding it all together and just want a softer place to land.

There’s no pressure to show up a certain way or be “on.” Inside, you’ll find quiet posts, body-based tools, seasonal check-ins, and a circle of 85+ women who get it.

What you’ll find inside:

  • Gentle weekly practices

  • Grounding nervous system tools

  • Honest reflection prompts

  • A reminder you’re not carrying it all alone

If you’re craving a little more connection and a place to be real. This is it.

Even 5 minutes a week can help you reconnect to yourself. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

The Rooted Space:

A 5-day seasonal nervous system reset. Soft, simple, and actually doable.

You’ve probably saved a few somatic practices. Maybe tried one once. Maybe not.

Because life is a lot and slowing down? Weirdly hard.

That’s exactly why I made The Rooted Space. Not another thing to add to your to-do list... just a space to gently come back to yourself.

For 5 days, you’ll get:

  • Short somatic practices a day (you can literally do these from your couch or car)

  • Gentle prompts to help you stay connected

  • Cyclical living guidance and Human Design foundations

  • Community of women and direct access to me for support and coaching

This is more intentional - a quiet pause to actually feel what your body’s been holding.

And honestly? It’s the first step to making these kinds of practices a real part of your routine and not just something you think about doing.

This might be your moment.

Prefer self-paced? No community and direct access, but you can do at your own pace and in your own timing. The Rooted Pause is for you.

Mapping Session:

A 1:1 space to exhale, hear yourself, and map out one doable step forward.

If your brain is loud, your body is tired, and you keep saying “I don’t even know where to start” this is where we begin.

This 75-minute session is part nervous system reset, part real-life clarity session. We’ll gently sort through what you’re holding and map out one clear, doable next step that feels like you.

No pressure to fix everything. Just space to come back to yourself and move forward without the overwhelm.

You’ll leave with:

  • Less tension in your body (and a breath that actually lands)

  • More clarity about what’s really going on beneath the surface

  • One small, sustainable next step you feel ready to take

Want a little backup?

You can add 2 weeks of Telegram support after your session, so you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll keep the momentum going together.

Root & Rise 1:1 Mentorship:

A 12-week space for the woman who’s done the work, but is ready to actually live it.

You’ve done the workshops. You’ve journaled, reflected, paused. You know what’s off and what you want to feel instead.

But when life picks up again, the patterns return. You fall back into people-pleasing, pressure, or pouring from an empty cup.

This space is for the shift from knowing to embodying. From “I get it” to “I’m living it.”

What’s Included:

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions to move through what’s coming up in real time

  • Gentle somatic tools to regulate your body

  • Ongoing Telegram support between calls, so you’re not left holding it all on your own

  • Reflection prompts + voice notes to help you integrate

  • A space to say the hard things out loud and be met with care, not judgment

This is for the woman who’s ready to stop circling the same patterns and actually shift how she moves through life.
