The Rooted Space opens once each season.

So far, over 60 women have moved through this experience and each bringing their own stories, questions, and quiet hopes for something steadier.

It’s held with care, slowness, and room to breathe.

• A practical introduction to how you’re wired to make decisions

The Spring 2026 edition is rooted in gentle beginnings and noticing what’s stirring without forcing it.

  A 5-day seasonal space for women seeking gentle support, nervous system care, and quiet reflection.

    • Somatic Practice Videos + Nervous System Support Tools
      Simple, grounding body based practices to come back to your body. For the moments you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or just need a breath.

    • Supportive Text + Voice notes

      Quiet encouragement and reminders that you’re not alone. Something steady to lean into when things feel uncertain.

    • Gentle prompts for Guided Reflection
      Not to fix anything, but to help you hear yourself again in a way that feels soft and safe. You’ll also start to notice which nervous system pattern tends to take the lead and why that makes so much sense.

    • Cyclical Living Guidance (new)
      Support in understanding your natural rhythms. Instead of forcing consistency every day, you’ll explore how to work with your energy in a way that feels sustainable and grounded.

    • Foundational Human Design Insights (new)
      A simple, practical, and fun lens to better understand how you’re wired. Just awareness that helps you stop fighting your own energy and start honoring your capacity.

    • One Live Group Q&A / Coaching  (new) 

      A live midweek session to unpack patterns, answer questions, and gently apply what you’re noticing. Come live for connection or watch the replay later. Either way, you’re supported.

    • A Quiet Space to Return to Yourself

      A thoughtful group of women who are choosing to slow down together. This is where you practice making your peace and calm a priority instead of something you squeeze in later.

We gently explore your Human Design in a practical way. Not to label you. Just to help you understand how you make decisions and use your energy, so you can stop overriding yourself.

Women aren't built for linear output. We'll look at your current "season" through your cycle or moon phase and notice what your body actually has capacity for right now. 

Untangling the Urgency Habit.
We'll notice where pressure lives in your body and how often you're responding to urgency instead of alignment. You'll learn how to soften the grip without everything falling apart.
