Root & Rise Mapping follows my signature ROOT + RISE framework - a grounded approach that helps you untangle old patterns and step into a more aligned, easeful way of living and working.

How we move through it: I always meet you where you are. Some sessions spend most of the time in ROOT (safety, boundaries, decompression). Other times, once steadiness is present, we move into RISE (clarity, action, embodiment). Your body and season set the pace and is never rushed, never forced.

ROOT Phase: Grounding & Healing

  • R – Regulate your nervous system
    Release survival mode. Learn to feel safe in your body, even when life feels uncertain.

  • O – Own your needs + boundaries
    Reclaim what matters to you without guilt, collapse, or endless explanation.

Why I created Root & Rise Mapping Sessions

 

I built this because I know what it’s like to give and give until there’s nothing left for yourself.
I know the exhaustion of over-performing, people-pleasing, and constantly asking, “When is it my turn to rest?”

And I also know what becomes possible when you finally have clarity, boundaries, and a way forward that honors your nervous system.

I created Root & Rise Mapping to help women come back to themselves - not through hustle or proving, but through steady clarity, gentle support, and permission to move at their own pace.

My work together blends gentle body-based practices, seasonal rhythms, and inner healing - so you can feel both rooted and open as you move forward.

This isn’t just coaching. It’s a moment to pause, root, and rise into the version of yourself you’ve been longing for.

Before the Session:

"Before the Root & Rise Mapping Session, I was feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained from my work. I had very blurry boundaries between my job and personal life. I was literally sleeping with my work laptop, and I had Slack and work emails on my phone, so I was constantly “on.” I was in a cycle of over-responsibility and felt like I couldn’t fully disconnect or prioritize myself, even outside of work hours.

Energetically, I was depleted. I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to start. I felt stuck in a pattern where I was giving so much to work that I had very little left over for myself, mentally, emotionally, and even physically."
