"Before the Root & Rise Mapping Session, I was feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained from my work. I had very blurry boundaries between my job and personal life. I was literally sleeping with my work laptop, and I had Slack and work emails on my phone, so I was constantly “on.” I was in a cycle of over-responsibility and felt like I couldn’t fully disconnect or prioritize myself, even outside of work hours.
Energetically, I was depleted. I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to start. I felt stuck in a pattern where I was giving so much to work that I had very little left over for myself, mentally, emotionally, and even physically."
