For a long time, everything looked fine on the outside. But inside, I was running on empty.

I was always performing. Overdoing. Saying yes when I wanted to say no. Holding it all together for everyone else with a smile.

I knew how to meet expectations, stay busy, and be the dependable one. But I didn’t know how to rest without guilt.
I didn’t know how to listen to what my body was trying to tell me.
I didn’t know how to stop proving my worth by being helpful, needed, or agreeable.

Eventually, I hit a point where I couldn’t keep going the way I was. And I realized something important.
It wasn’t just that I was doing too much.
It was that I believed my worth came from holding it all together.

That moment changed everything for me.
And now, it’s the foundation of the work I offer.

Through the Root & Rise Pathway, I support women who feel like they’ve been doing everything right on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and tired of carrying so much inside.

We untangle the habits that kept you going. Things like people-pleasing, over-performing, staying in fix-it mode.
Not to blame or judge them, but to understand them so you can move differently.

We slow things down.
We work with your body, not just your mind.
We rebuild trust in what you know, before all the outside noise.

We use somatic practices, seasonal rhythms, and nervous system support to help you move with your energy instead of against it.

Not so you can do more. So you can do what matters with more ease, clarity, and care.

This isn’t about pushing through or pretending you’re fine.
It’s about learning to move at your pace, in your truth, in a way that feels honest and real.

Mapping Session:

A slow, supportive space to meet yourself with honesty and care and explore what you’re needing in this season.

 

A 75-minute 1:1 session for the woman who’s been holding it all together and is ready to reconnect with herself.

If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to start this session gives you space to pause, listen to what’s really going on underneath, and map a clear, doable next step forward.

You don’t have to fix everything. You just get to be honest about how you’re feeling and get support that meets you there.

A 12-week container for the woman who’s tired of doing it all, holding it all, and feeling like she’s always one step away from burning out.

 

This is steady, relational support to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and start living in a way that actually feels good to you.

Together, we untangle the cycle of over-giving, people-pleasing, and constant pressure and the patterns that helped you survive but are now keeping you stuck.

You’ll get clear on what you need, what you want, and how to make choices that honor your energy, capacity, and truth.

A free 5-day seasonal space for women who need a pause, a reset, and a return to themselves.

 

This is a quiet, no-pressure space with calming somatic practices, gentle voice notes, and soft prompts and all designed to help you slow down and care for your nervous system.

It’s for the woman who’s been carrying a lot and just wants space to breathe, reflect, and feel supported  without having to hold it all together or keep pushing through.

Whether this is your first introduction to this kind of work or a soft return to yourself after a season of disconnect, you’re welcome here.

You’ll leave with simple, body-based practices you can return to whenever you notice yourself slipping into urgency, overgiving, or saying no to yourself.

You’ll also receive gentle reflection prompts to help you stay connected to what truly matters, so you can move forward from a more grounded, self-honoring place.
