 THIS IS FOR YOU IF
Autumn Exhale is for the woman who
_______
- Says yes before she's even finished hearing the question.
- Knows she's exhausted but can't figure out how to stop without everything falling apart.
- Has tried the bubble baths, the coffee, the days off, and still wakes up depleted.
- Tells herself she'll slow down once things calm down, but they never do.
- Feels like she's living for everyone else and can't remember the last time she did something just for her.
- Learned early that being the strong one meant not needing anything.
- Lies awake wondering if she's happy, and is scared to actually answer that.
- Knows something needs to shift, but doesn't want to figure it out alone.
Â
If something in you just said yes, trust that.
WHAT THIS IS
Five slow days, ten minutes each
Â
Over five days you'll learn how to work with your nervous system instead of overriding it, understand your natural rhythms, and hear what your body has been trying to tell you. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just ten minutes a day at whatever pace works for you.
This round reflects the season of autumn. The exhale. The letting go, the way trees do, without needing to hold on to what's already served its purpose.
Over 90 women have already moved through the Rooted Space. They came in overwhelmed and running on empty. They left with something they didn't expect, proof that they could slow down, listen to their body's needs, and the world didn't fall apart.

What you'll experience inside
________
Â
Somatic practices for nervous system support
Simple grounding practices to help you slow down, release what you've been holding, and reconnect with your body. Each is less than 5 to 10 minutes and can be done anywhere.
Reflection prompts that actually create change
Thoughtful prompts that go deeper than journaling questions. Real question about what's actually been sitting there for a long time.Â
Cyclical living guidanceÂ
Learn to work with your natural rhythms instead of forcing the same energy every day. This autumn we go deeper into what this season, and your luteal phase specifically is asking you.Â
Human Design foundations library
Your type, your authority, and every center, yours to explore at your own pace this round and after.
A supportive community space
A small group of women moving through this together, in real time. A place to share what's coming up for you and not do it alone. Â
Group and 1:1 access to Alysha
An optional closing call after the space closes with the group for an hour or private 1:1 for 30 minutes, your choice, plus DM and group text and voice note access in Telegram throughout. I'll respond personally.
Â
Lifetime access to the practices, reflection prompts, cyclical living guidance. and Human Design Foundations library.Â
Â
Come back to these anytime you want to get back into your body. Â
What shifts for you in five days
________
Most women come in running on empty. By the end of five days, something has moved.
Â
You pause instead of pushing through
Not because you forced yourself to. Because you finally have something that works. Your body starts to feel like something worth listening to instead of something to override.
Â
Urgency stops running the show
You stop operating in survival mode every hour of every day. You start to feel what it's like to breathe. To be here. To not be bracing for the next thing.
Â
You see your patterns clearly
The people pleasing. The saying yes. The staying busy to avoid the hard questions. Once you see it, you can start to shift it.
Â
You remember what actually matters to you
Not what looks good, not what everyone else expects. What's true for you in this season, in this body, in this autumn.
Â
You leave with something real
No life overhaul, no to-do list. One grounded shift that's actually yours, and tools to keep coming back to yourself.
Â
This is what ten minutes a day can do when you're finally doing it for you.Â
"Through the somatic practices, reflections, and invitations to learn about Human Design, I felt reunited with the truth of myself."
"It felt like a big exhale and a coming home."

 THE WAITLIST
Join the waitlist for Autumn Exhale
_________
Over 90 women have already moved through the Rooted Space. Waitlist closes September 22nd for early bird $77.
Hi, I'm Alysha
There was a season when I was pushing through overwhelm and constant urgency, trying to keep everything together while feeling more and more disconnected from myself. I know this one personally.
Through that, I started exploring nervous system practices, reflection, and slower rhythms. That became the foundation for this space. A place where you can slow down without needing to perform.
I'm an Authentic Success and Burnout Coach, and I work with women stepping out of burnout, people pleasing, and constant urgency, so they can honor their own rhythms and move through life at a pace that holds.Â
A Few Things You Might Be WonderingÂ
Is Autumn Exhale for me if I’ve been in The Rooted Space before?
Do I need to be in the luteal phase during Autumn Exhale?
What if I don’t have a regular cycle or don’t currently menstruate?
Do I need experience with somatic practices, cyclical living, or Human Design?
What is the time commitment?
What if I can’t participate every day or make the live closing call?
Where does Autumn Exhale take place, and how will I access everything?
What if I have questions during the five days?
If you've been holding on to everything instead of letting any of it go, this is five days to actually exhale.
Â
October 14 to 18
