Coming July 2026 - Summer Bloom.
Â
You don't need another thing to do. You need permission to slow down.
That's what this is.
Over five gentle days, you'll learn how to quiet your nervous system, understand your natural rhythms, and reconnect with what your body has been trying to tell you. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just ten minutes a day at whatever pace works for you.
Over 70 women have already moved through the Rooted Space. They came in overwhelmed and running on empty. They left with something they didn't expect: proof that they could slow down and the world didn't fall apart.
This round reflects the season we're in - summer. The season most of us rush through without ever actually feeling it.
This is your invitation to actually be here for it.
Each day inside the space you'll receive:
- A short body-based somatic practice (2–5 minutes)
- Reflection prompts that help you notice what's actually going on
- Cyclical living guidance that honors your natural rhythm
- Human design foundations that show you how you're actually built to live
- Supportive private community of women throughout the week
- Personal video responses from Alysha - ask anything about your design, your cycle or what came up for you and I'll respond personally
- Lifetime accessÂ
This isn't about rushing through your summer the same way you rush through everything else. It's about actually being here for it.
Ten minutes a day. Your body. Your summer.
If something in you just said yes... trust that.

The Rooted Space is For the Woman Who
Â
- Says yes before she even finishes hearing the question at work, at home, to everyone
- Knows she's exhausted but can't figure out how to stop without everything falling apart
- Has tried the bubble baths, the coffee, the days off and still wakes up depleted
- Tells herself she'll slow down when things calm down but they never do
- Feels like she's living for everyone else and can't remember the last time she did something just for her
- Lies awake wondering if she's happy and is scared to actually answer that
- Knows something needs to shift but doesn't know where to start and doesn't want to figure it out alone
“Being a mom who carries a lot. The schedules, the work, the emotions, the noise. I live in a constant state of go. The grounding practices helped me pause and notice where stress was sitting in my body instead of just powering through it. They’ve helped me respond instead of react and be more present with my kids. As a mom, that’s everything.”
— Danielle
Â
The Rooted Space came along at the perfect time. I was feeling untethered and disconnected from myself. Through the somatic practices, reflections, and invitations to learn about Human Design, I felt reunited with the truth of myself. It felt like a big exhale and a coming home.Â
- Emma
Â
This space served me at a time when my life seemed to be going in all directions leading to nowhere, without answers. Delving into my Human Design shed some light on things about myself that I either didn't understand or that I chose to ignore. Having focused inquiries, such as those in the reflection prompts provided a deeper and more honest dive into my innermost feelings and thoughts, setting off so many other questions and forcing me to address demons in the closet that I knew were there from some time back, but chose to ignore. After taking part in this space and learning about the struggles other women are facing, I don't feel like I'm fighting this battle alone.
— Maria

What Shifts For You During These Five DaysÂ
Â
Most women come into the Rooted Space running on empty. By the end of five days something has cracked open.
- You start pausing instead of pushing through. Not because you forced yourself to — because you finally have something that actually works. Your body starts to feel like something worth listening to instead of something to override.
- The constant urgency starts to quiet. You stop operating in survival mode every hour of every day. You start to feel what it actually feels like to breathe. To be here. To not be bracing for the next thing.
- You see your patterns clearly — maybe for the first time. The people pleasing. The saying yes. The staying busy to avoid the hard questions. You see it. And when you see it you can start to shift it.
- You remember what actually matters to you. Not what looks good. Not what everyone else expects. What's actually true for you — in this season, in this body, in this summer.
- You leave with something real. Not a life overhaul. Not a to-do list. One grounded shift that's actually yours and tools to keep coming back to yourself when life gets loud again.
This is what five days of ten minutes a day can do when you're finally doing it for you.

 Why The Rooted Space Exists
Â
So many women are carrying more than anyone realizes.
The pressure to keep up.
The constant mental tabs open.
The quiet feeling that something needs to change, but not knowing where to start.
I know this experience personally. There was a season when I was pushing through overwhelm and constant urgency, trying to keep everything together while feeling increasingly disconnected from myself.
Through that experience, I began exploring nervous system practices, reflection, and slower rhythms that eventually became the foundation for this space.
The Rooted Space was created as something different.
A place where you can slow down without needing to perform.
A space to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your actual capacity.
For five days, you're invited to step out of urgency and into something steadier.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
Just gently, and at your own pace.
Â
The Rooted Space is guided by Alysha Webb, an Authentic Success & Burnout Coach who supports women in stepping out of burnout, people-pleasing, and constant urgency so they can reconnect with their bodies, honor their natural rhythms, and feel safe moving through life at a more sustainable pace.
