A space to breathe, be met where you are, and remember you don’t have to hold it all.

I’ll be sharing simple nervous system practices, soft check-ins, and things that have been giving me small pockets of breath in the middle of everything.
You don’t have to show up every day. You don’t have to talk or respond. You can pop in, read a message, take a breath, try a practice, and slip back out.
There’s no pressure to be “on” here, but the space is alive. The more you lean in, the more it can meet you. And if you’re just quietly reading or listening from time to time, that’s welcome too.
It’s a group space because sometimes it helps just to know you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling. There’s something comforting about being alongside others - even quietly.
My hope is that something in this space meets you right where you are: in the tired moments, the mess, the stretched-too-thin days, the not-enough, the undone lists. Even just one breath of “I don’t have to hold it all right now.”
We begin 8/18 (no worries if you join later in the week - you still have access to everything at your own pace).
Inside a private Telegram space - no figuring things out, no showing up on time, no pressure to keep up.
