  A free 7 day seasonal space for women seeking gentle support, nervous system care, and quiet reflection.

 

Here's what you'll receive inside this one-week pause: 

    • Somatic practice videos - Simple, grounding practices to come back to your body. For the moments you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or just need a breath.

    • Supportive text and voice notes - Quiet encouragement and reminders that you’re not alone. Something steady to lean into when things feel uncertain.

    • Gentle prompts and personal reflection guide - Not to fix anything, but to help you hear yourself again in a way that feels soft and safe.

    • Nervous system support tools - Resources to bring more calm, steadiness, and safety into your day in ways that feel manageable and supportive.

    • A quiet, no-pressure space - A cozy group of women moving through similar seasons. No expectations. No performance.

    •  A rhythm that meets you where you are - You don’t have to show up every day. You don’t have to do it all. This space is here to support your capacity, not stretch it. The practices will be waiting when you're ready.

 Why The Rooted Space:

I’ll be sharing simple nervous system practices, soft check-ins, and things that have been giving me small pockets of breath in the middle of everything.

You don’t have to show up every day. You don’t have to talk or respond. You can pop in, read a message, take a breath, try a practice, and slip back out.

There’s no pressure to be “on” here, but the space is alive. Whether you lean in daily or just quietly listen now and then, you’re welcome.

Sometimes it helps just to know you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling. There’s something comforting about being alongside others, even quietly.

My hope is that this space meets you right where you are: in the tired moments, the stretched-too-thin days, the undone lists. Even one breath of “I don’t have to hold it all right now” can shift everything.

Inside a private Telegram space, no figuring things out, no showing up on time, no pressure to keep up.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you need. Leave and return when it feels right.
