The Rooted Pause
At your own pace. In your own time. Whenever you're ready.
Â
You don't need another thing to do. You need permission to slow down.
That's what this is.
Over five gentle days you'll learn how to quiet your nervous system, understand your natural rhythms and reconnect with what your body has been trying to tell you. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just ten minutes a day at whatever pace works for you.
Over 70 women have already moved through this space. They came in overwhelmed and running on empty. They left with something they didn't expect proof that they could slow down and the world didn't fall apart.
Here's what's waiting for you inside:
- Intention setting ritual to begin so you arrive with purpose not just good intentions
- Five somatic practices that teach your nervous system what it actually feels like to rest
- Reflection prompts that help you notice what's actually going on
- Cyclical living guidance that honors your natural rhythm
- Human design foundations that show you how you're actually built to live
- Spring emergence visualization to close it out
- Lifetime access to come back whenever you need it
This isn't about blooming overnight.
Just ten minutes a day. Your pace. Your body. Your life.
Spring presale - $37 until May 17th at midnight.
What You’ll Experience Inside Rooted Pause
 Â
-
-
Somatic Practices for Nervous System Support Simple grounding practices to help you slow down, release what you've been holding and reconnect with your body. Each one is five to ten minutes and can be done anywhere.
-
Reflection Prompts That Actually Land Thoughtful prompts that go deeper than journaling questions. These help you notice your patterns, reconnect with your needs and hear your own voice again.Â
-
Cyclical Living Guidance A gentle introduction to working with your natural rhythms instead of forcing the same energy and output every single day. You'll learn what each phase is asking of you and how to actually honor that.
-
Human Design Foundations Tied to Burnout A practical lens for understanding how you're actually wired — your type, your authority and the centres most connected to why you burn out the way you do.
-
Spring Emergence Visualization A guided closing practice to ground everything you've learned and imagine yourself at the end of this season — what shifted, what you let go of, who you became.
- Lifetime Access Come back whenever you need it. Whenever life gets loud and you need to pause. It's here.
 Â
-
If you're craving a gentle pause... a chance to slow down, reconnect with what's true and root back into yourself - this is your space.

The Rooted Pause is For the Woman Who
Â
- Says yes before she even finishes hearing the question at work, at home, to everyone
- Knows she's exhausted but can't figure out how to stop without everything falling apart
- Has tried the bubble baths, the coffee, the days off and still wakes up depleted
- Tells herself she'll slow down when things calm down but they never do
- Feels like she's living for everyone else and can't remember the last time she did something just for her
- Lies awake wondering if she's happy and is scared to actually answer that
- Knows something needs to shift but doesn't know where to start and doesn't want to figure it out alone
“Being a mom who carries a lot. The schedules, the work, the emotions, the noise. I live in a constant state of go. The grounding practices helped me pause and notice where stress was sitting in my body instead of just powering through it. They’ve helped me respond instead of react and be more present with my kids. As a mom, that’s everything.”
— Danielle
Â
This space came along at the perfect time. I was feeling untethered and disconnected from myself. Through the somatic practices, reflections, and invitations to learn about Human Design, I felt reunited with the truth of myself. It felt like a big exhale and a coming home.Â
- Emma
Â
What Shifts For You During the Rooted PauseÂ
Â
Most women come into the Rooted Pause running on empty. By the end of five days, something has cracked open.
- You start pausing instead of pushing through. Not because you forced yourself to, but because you finally have a tool that works. Your body starts to feel like something worth listening to instead of something to override.
- The constant urgency starts to quiet. You're not operating in survival mode every hour of every day. You start to feel what it's like to actually breathe.
- You see your patterns clearly and maybe for the first time. The people-pleasing, the saying yes, the staying busy to avoid the hard questions. You see it. And when you see it, you can start to shift it.
- You remember what actually matters to you. Not what looks good. Not what everyone else expects. What's actually true for you in this season, in this body, in this life.
- You leave with something real. Not a life overhaul. Not a to-do list. One grounded shift that's actually yours and tools to keep coming back to yourself when life gets loud again.
No schedule. No pressure. No waiting for the next live round. Just you and the content whenever you're ready.

If this what you've been craving, you're welcome here.

 Why The Rooted Pause Exists
Â
There was a version of me that had it all together on the outside.
Showing up. Producing. Being the one everyone could count on. Saying yes before I even finished hearing the question.
And then I quit my job due to burnout.
Not because I was lazy. But because I had spent so long living for everyone else that I had completely lost the thread back to myself.
What I found on the other side slowly, imperfectly were the tools in this space. Somatic practices that taught my nervous system what safety feels like. Cyclical living that showed me I wasn't broken. Human design that gave me a map back to how I'm actually built to live.
Slowing down didn't make my life fall apart. It made it make sense for the first time.
After running the Rooted Space as a live experience women kept telling me the same two things:
"I wish I could go through it at my own pace." "Life got busy and I just didn't make it a priority."
That's why the Rooted Pause exists.
Everything from the live experience at your own pace, in your own time, no schedule, no pressure. Here whenever you're ready.
