HI, I'M ALYSHA
I've been exactly
where you are
I have a bachelors in psychology and a coaching certification with the Health Coach Institute, but honestly, my lived experience is where my real wisdom comes from.
In early 2024 I was managing a team through repeated layoffs and acquisitions, and I just kept saying yes to everything. More responsibility, more hours, more of me on the line. My body finally told me no. Headaches, stomach issues, 60+ hour weeks, snapping at the people I loved. I didn't have the words for what was happening and I just knew something had to shift.
When I finally stepped back I discovered something: the job wasn't the root cause. I was.
In that stillness I found my own patterns. The over-giving. The people-pleasing. The fear of what people would think if I said no. And I realized if I'd had awareness and tools earlier, I could have set boundaries. I might have made different choices. I definitely wouldn't have waited until my body broke to listen.
That's when I discovered what actually changed everything with reflection that finally felt safe, somatic practices, Human Design, and the understanding that one small aligned step beats an endless to-do list every time.
That's exactly why I created the Rooted Mapping Session, so you don't have to wait for your body to break.
